Information Corrine may process

How information is used

Information is used to answer requests, maintain authorized team memory, summarize or organize materials, support scheduling and coordination, improve reliability, and protect the service. Corrine may use OpenAI services to generate responses or summaries and may store operational data in managed databases and object storage used by the service.

Sharing and service providers

Corrine does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support the service, including Google, Telegram, OpenAI, Supabase, Cloudflare, and hosting or monitoring providers. These providers receive only the information needed for the requested operation or service function.

Google user data

When Corrine accesses Google user data, it does so only after the user grants permission and only for the enabled features. Google data is used to provide those features, is not sold, and is not used for advertising. Access can be revoked from the user’s Google Account security settings.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the team’s authorized operations, security, legal obligations, or the purpose for which it was collected. Authorized users may request correction or deletion of information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for security, backup, or legal reasons.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted credentials, and managed infrastructure intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Corrine changes. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to wildeastcorrine@gmail.com.
